Background: In the context of anthropogenic Climate Change, Kyoto Protocol a Carbon Economy where CERs-Certified Emissions Reductions also called Carbon Credits are traded much like Shares on a Stock Exchange is just born on 16th February 2005 when Kyoto Protocol got implemented.
